Most of the time when us girls walk into our locker room after a hard workout at the gym, we are approached with creased eye shadow, smudged eye liner, and a greasy, sweaty face.

Lots of girls do not wearing makeup while working out, however, I find that if you have somewhere to go after going to the gym, taking a makeup bag with you to apply makeup after is not a big deal.

These must haves are also appropriate for high schoolers and middle schoolers. Keep reading to see my gym makeup bag must-haves and let me know down below what some of yours are or tweet me @MissMakeupTips!

Gym Makeup Bag Must-Haves

1.Makeup Remover Wipes

If you had any makeup on before your workout, it may appear smudged or run down. Clean up the edges or just take it all off.

2. Face Wash

If you decide to take off all of your makeup, or at least your face makeup, that you had on before the workout, it would be good if you applied a little bit of face cleanser to cleanse your skin and remove any sweat or oils that you might have on your face before applying makeup on top of it.

3. BB Cream

A BB cream is a lightweight foundation (sort of like a tinted moisturizer) that is not going to break you out in any way. It will cover up and conceal any blemishes that you have, and no powder is needed for it really. If you have really oily skin though, set this with a matte powder.

4. Cream Eye Shadow

Cream eye shadow will be your best friend after a gym workout. Not only does it go on with the sweep of a fingertip, depending on the one you buy, it has great pigmentation and does not require any complicated steps. I recommend using the Maybelline Color Tattoos.

5. Waterproof Mascara

Waterproof mascara is going to keep your eye lashes long and voluminous, but will still keep any oil or sweat from building up and smudging around your eyelids.

6. Tinted Lip Butter

My last makeup must-have is a tinted lip butter. I recommend the Revlon tinted lip butters because these have great color payoff, but they will also help keep your lips smooth and moisturized.

I find that changing my up my shampoo and conditioner helps keep my hair from getting oily and dry at the ends. Our hair gets used to a certain product when we overuse it so then it becomes immune to the great benefits of the shampoo. After using Organix for three months, I decided to switch it up a little and try out Aussie. I do not know much about Aussie but below are my thoughts.

Aussie Shampoo and Conditioner Review

Aussie was recommended to me by one of my great friends. The first two things I noticed were the smell and it’s name. I love Australia and all things Australian, so the name was an obvious turn on for me. Then, like every other girl looking for a new shampoo, I smelled it. Inside this purple bottle lies the most amazing scent you will ever smell. It is so fresh. clean, and cleansing.

When I applied the shampoo to my damp hair, it worked in to my roots and all my layers evenly. The smell was hypnotizing. I have never smelt a hair product that smelt that good in my entire life.

The conditioner applied nicely to my hair, and I was able to comb my hair out with my fingertips very well. It de-tangeled my hair and gave it lots of volume.

After I rinsed it out, I was left with soft, voluminous hair. I blow dryed it to see how well the volume would hold while it was dry, and sure enough I was left with amazing voluminous hair. It seemed refreshed and soft and everything I could want.

I think I have found my perfect shampoo and conditioner, and this price was amazing. Each was around $4. I can not wait to try out more Aussie products and do further reviews on those as well.
